Happy Weekend, BMSS Families!
A huge thank you to all of the parents who volunteered as chaperones for last night’s Howdy Hop! We had an incredible turnout, and we could not have made the evening happen without your support. We are so grateful for the time you give to our students and campus!
Thank you as well to the parents who joined us for Coffee with the Principal. It was wonderful getting to visit with you, answer questions, and share a little more about our BMSS campus and our vision for the year. I hope you found the time valuable, and I look forward to seeing many of you at our next gathering!
Three-Week Progress Reports
Please be sure to check your student’s Skyward account on Tuesday, when our first three-week grade progress reports will be posted.
We have included Skyward tutorial links and ParentSquare information below for anyone who would like a little extra support navigating these programs. We are also working on gathering information about Google Classroom to share with families. We hope these resources make it a little easier to stay connected to your student’s learning and progress.
A Few Reminders as We Find Our Rhythm
As we really begin to settle into the school year, please remind your student to:
- Check the Lost and Found for any missing items.
- Come to school each day ready to learn and strive to be their very best.
- Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
- Treat others with kindness, respect, and compassion.
- Remember the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
These are the same expectations and messages we are reinforcing with students every day at BMSS. We believe that success is about more than academics—it is about helping students become kind, responsible, confident, and successful young people.
It truly takes a team to build great humans, and we are so happy to be part of your team!
Have a wonderful weekend, and thank you for being such an important part of the BMSS family!
Go Chargers!
